Fall Cross Country Registration Open

Registration for fall cross country is now open! We will be practicing three days per week at various locations to fit the workout and demands of cross country. Practice begins September 4th!

Club Seasons/Coaching Plans

Summer Season (Outdoor Track) (May30th-Sept 1st) $100 - Up to 6 group training sessions per week for running and field events to prepare athletes for outdoor meets. Minimum age: 5 years.

Personal Coaching $100/month - Athletes will receive individualized workouts for every day of the week and will have access to all group track sessions. Personal coaching can be for track events as well as road racing and triathlon. Minimum age: 12 years.

1 on 1 Coaching: One on one coaching sessions are available upon request.

Fall Season (Cross Country/Offseason Track) (Sept 4th-Dec 22nd) $100 - 3-4 sessions per week to prepare track and field athletes for the upcoming season or distance athletes for cross country meets. Minimum age: 5 years.

Winter Season (Indoor/Outdoor Track) (Jan 1st-Apr 27th) - 3-4 sessions per week to prepare athletes for indoor competitions and early-season outdoor meets. Minimum age: 5 years.

Gear Package $100: Contains a singlet, t-shirt, sweatshirt and sweatpants.

*All athletes are required to become an annual member of USA Track&Field. $20 for athletes under the age of 18 and $30 for athletes older than 18.
**Competitive athletes will be responsible for a $50 meet fee that will cover his or her entry to all meets for the season.
